Reserve an item only when you intend to collect it. This keeps useful goods moving to people who need them.

The details
Items are held only through the confirmed pickup window. After that time, an uncollected item may be offered to the next person.
Contact the team before your window ends. We cannot guarantee an extension, but advance notice gives us the best chance to help.

Repeated missed pickups without notice may limit future reservations. This protects volunteer time and keeps items available to active participants.
